The Apex Downtown Business Association conducts two meetings each month, conducted sequentially on the first Friday of each month. The first meeting, held at 8:30 am, is the Board meeting, where the ADBA Board of Directors debate and vote on actionable matters. The second meeting, held at 9:00 am, is the "membership" meeting, where ADBA members and other interested parties can share information and discuss matters concerning ADBA activities. Other meetings are "special call" meetings by the ADBA President. All are welcome to attend the meetings, which are held at the Halle Cultural Arts Center.
